If you are seeking help with the healing from past wounds, finding the right trauma therapist can be a crucial step in your journey. As a trauma therapist, I work with people carrying experiences that have left them feeling frozen and locked out of their own life. Complex trauma and anxiety can do that. So can the ways we learned to protect ourselves early in life, gradually forming a rigid rulebook that keeps us feeling stuck and alone in repetitive, unwanted patterns.

As your therapist, I seek to understand the nuances of your life and collaborate with you to untangle the parts of your story that feel heavy and unhelpful. I also want to help you develop the skills to build a life that serves you. Trained in community and tribal healthcare settings, I bring a deep commitment to working with marginalized and underserved communities. Additionally, I offer night and weekend availability for those who can’t step away during the workday.

I especially welcome LGBTQ clients and couples navigating relational patterns together. I also welcome those navigating life after trauma or OCD — for whom finding a therapist who truly understands can feel like the hardest part.

As a lesbian with lived experience in these areas, I bring both personal and professional understanding to this work. I hold a deep belief that meaningful, lasting change is possible.
