Thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little better.  As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in helping clients understand and strengthen their relationships. In my practice, I often use Couples and Marriage Therapy to support people in building healthier connections. I view people within the context of the relationships and systems that have shaped their lives. Rather than seeing problems as existing within one individual, I believe experiences are influenced by families, relationships, communities, and life experiences. Together, we can explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion. This can help us better understand how they continue to impact your life today.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in a solution focused framework.  I work with individuals, couples, and families who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and create healthier patterns in their lives. I have a particular interest in attachment styles and how our earliest relationships can influence the ways we connect with others. These early relationships can affect how we respond to conflict, seek reassurance, protect ourselves, and experience intimacy. Understanding these patterns can help us explore what is working, what feels stuck, and what you would like to change.

In our work together, we may explore recurring relationship patterns, communication, emotional needs, boundaries, self-worth, and the experiences that have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, empathy, honesty, and respect. I hope you will develop a deeper understanding of yourself.

I believe meaningful change happens within the context of a genuine, trusting therapeutic relationship. You do not have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. We can start exactly where you are.
