I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and the ongoing stress of being human in a complex world. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that people are doing the best they can with the resources available to them. I also believe that healing and change are possible when we are met with care, attunement, and curiosity. I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches to support what matters most to you in our work together. This allows us to explore and make sense of your emotions, behaviors, and relational patterns. In addition, we look at the broader cultural and systemic forces that shape your lived experience. Together, we explore how your personal story intersects with the world around you. We also examine how insight, awareness, and compassion can open the door to meaningful change. I hold space for both the inevitability of suffering and the profound human ability to live authentically, with purpose and alignment. My work is deeply informed by a commitment to social justice and anti-oppression. I practice from a stance of cultural humility—honoring each client’s lived experience and trusting in their inherent wisdom.
