As a therapist, I am passionate about supporting individuals who are navigating life under the weight of anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or relationship stress. You may be seeking therapy because you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain, and want to make sense of your past experiences. I offer a nonjudgmental and supportive space where you can build self-understanding and continue to grow in your strengths.
My approach is eclectic and rooted in understanding how past experiences shape your present. I draw from multiple modalities to equip you with insights and skills you can use outside the session. I firmly believe that you have a deep capacity for resilience and growth when you are supported and understood.
My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative space while helping you develop awareness of patterns, strengthen your coping skills, and move through life in ways that feel aligned with your values and insights.
