I believe in the power of therapy to instill hope and help people reconnect with themselves. Therapy creates a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Through my work in the mental health field, I have developed a deep understanding of the human experience and the resilience people carry within them. I approach this work with humility and respect.
I use an integrative approach that bridges the mind and body. I specialize in Somatic Therapy, helping clients attune to their nervous system and release chronic stress. Because stress, beliefs, and memories live in the autonomic nervous system, we cannot simply think our way out of trauma or ongoing stress. Instead, I engage the whole person—your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, intuition, impulses, and physical sensations. I also incorporate solution-focused therapy and Internal Family Systems (parts work), holding the belief that growth and change remain possible at any stage of life.
My clinical work is grounded in several guiding principles. I lead with curiosity by suspending judgment and inviting a compassionate, inward exploration. I practice integrity through transparency and authenticity. I honor the importance of human relationships and our deep need to feel seen and heard. I trust in your inner wisdom and partner with you to help uncover your capacity for healing. Using mindfulness, cognitive, and somatic approaches, we work collaboratively to reach your goals, restore confidence, and deepen self-understanding.
