Alphonso Nunez

MA, LMFT

Oregon

I work with teens, adults, and couples who are looking for assistance across a wide range of topics and themes including: improving relationships, working on accountability, life transitions, becoming more effective communicators and active listeners, parenting, stress and anxiety, identity exploration, and loneliness. As a Portland Therapist, life transitions are one area where I often help clients navigate change. I facilitate therapy through a lens of curiosity – I’m interested in helping you learn more about yourself and your relationships while recognizing how to overcome a variety of hurdles. I believe in the power of therapy as well as the life long process of discovery supported by our ability to tap into our resiliency. I strive to co-create an environment of compassion and vulnerability with you and I look forward to our work together.
